  • It is but it’s also SO MUCH MORE! While many of our homes do lease to company employees, our properties are available to individuals, corporations, builders, insurance companies, temporary tenants, winter texans and anyone with extended stay needs who are looking for more space, better amenities and a superior “home away from home” vibe than what a hotel or extended stay could ever offer.

  • The price will vary from home to home and is largely based on your specific needs. However, more likely than not you’ll pay a lot less booking one of our homes than you would a hotel.

  • We only book entire homes. This means you’ll get the entire place all to yourself.

  • Yes. All of our homes will require a cleaning fee which will range from $75.00 - $150.00. Cleaning fees are determined by size of the home.

  • We accept online payments through our secure site. Credit Cards or Debit Cards are an accepted form of payment.

  • We require a 28 day minimum stay.

  • Yes. Pets are allowed. There is a pet fee of $250.00 (for leases ranging 1-6 months) or $500.00 (for leases ranging 6+ months) per pet

  • All of our homes have high speed internet. None of our homes have cable but all are equipped with smart tv’s so that you can log into your own accounts.

  • None! Electric (up to $250), gas, water, trash pickup & Internet services are all included in the price.
